ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Orders must be received at least (5) days prior to event to insure pricing and equipment avalability.
Late and/or on-site orders are subject to additional 25% charge
Late and / or on-site orders will be reviewed by Administrator before confirmation of order.
All orders must be paid in advanced to be confirmed unless guaranteed by a credit card.

Service Charge / Labor Charge
An Installation and Supervision Service Charge equal to 25% or $75.00 minimum charge of the equipment total
will be assessed on all setups that can be completed within one hour.
Orders that require more than one hour will be billed by the hour, at $55.00 Hour.
The Installation and Supervision Service Charge may be deleted on "Accessories" only orders.

Delivery Policy:
Customer must be present to take delivery of equipment to ensure that the equipment is set up in the correct location, equipment is tested and approved, and that all required paperwork is signed.
SPECIALIZED SET_UPS or EQUIPMENT:
Please call for assistance with specialized set-ups or if you require equipment that is not listed on-site.

LEGAL ACTION:
Lessee agrees that all charges for rental, damage, cleaning, materials and /or added services will be paid.
That all collection fees, attorney fees, court costs or any expense involved in the collection of these
Charges or recovery of this equipment will be borne by the lessee in the court of the county of
Denver, CO 80211.
